Teacher Diversity Initiative on SchoolSpring

Our emerging statewide work to diversify the Vermont educator workforce is starting to direct a lot of traffic in our direction. By partnering with our friends at SchoolSpring.com, we’re now appearing in print ads throughout New England in regional newspapers. Also, job seekers using SchoolSpring who are looking for teaching and administrative positions are pointed toward the VTDSP and the Teacher Diversity Initiative by a custom banner at the top of all search results. This is a terrific opportunity for us to hear from diverse candidates who are seeking employment throughout Vermont, and to connect them with districts that have identified diversity as a priority.
